It all started when…
My sister was unwell and medically couldn't be diagnosed, through a Craniosacral Therapist she came to realise what had been happening, and it was later medically diagnosed. After meeting her Craniosacral Therapist I felt I had a natural affinity to the work. I felt I had found my missing link that I had been looking for.
Since leaving University over ten years ago I have tried various careers. I have worked in the city, I have been a celebrity PA, a professional hula hooper and ran a yoga retreat in Goa to name a few. What became my running theme was this innate passion to help people. At times it was helping people at a detriment to myself. But that is what I love about Craniosacral Therapy. It has taught me to put my oxygen mask on first before helping others put theirs on. The past four years of training has been a deep exploration into my own health and life and I can honestly say I feel the healthiest and happiest I have ever been. I am so excited to now share this amazing therapy with others.
